     Letter from the President

Fellow Windows Technology Professionals,

Welcome to the Colorado Springs Windows User’s Group web site, CSWindows.org. We are an independent, volunteer group that focuses on Microsoft Windows and related technology as a community resource for IT professionals. As president of this small, but important non-profit organization, I’d like to thank you for spending the time to get to know us through our web face. What would be even better is to come to our monthly meetings for some real face time. At CS-WUG, we believe the ability to meet with other IT professionals and share our expertise and experience is a tangible benefit that is still not offered fully through the Internet. When you think about the last job you secured or how you learned a valuable skill, it was likely through the help of a colleague. Human interaction is still the best way to learn and networking with other professionals is still a common way to find new opportunities. Community technology groups are still going strong in places such as Silicon Valley, but we have our own center of gravity for technology here in Colorado Springs! Help us build our technology community in this city and region. Come to our next meeting, learn something new, and start networking with your colleagues. Together, we can form a valuable resource all can share.

Thank You,
Eric Beehler

President
